Co-Founder & CEO

Brock Rice

Tier One Special Operations veteran, U.S. Air Force Combat Controller, and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) with ten years of service and multiple combat deployments directing close air support and joint fires. Both a combat operator and a software engineer, he leads Omnia's technical development — architecting mission software, TAK integrations, unmanned-systems payloads, and human-performance platforms grounded in firsthand operational experience.

Co-Founder & President

Kate Rice

A strategic communications and business-development executive with extensive experience in political consulting, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale event production. She has directed fundraising and engagement for presidential, federal, and statewide campaigns and cultivated corporate, foundation, and individual relationships. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Political Management from George Washington University and bachelor's degrees in Political Science and History from Clarion University.
